Amazing customer service. Last year I had a bio for tires and I was in a rush to get back to my husband who had had a massive heart attack and was hospitalized at UCSF San Francisco. I needed to get back quickly because he had gone into cardiac arrest twice already. The young man that assisted me at the front desk was beyond gracious and remembered my husband. He guaranteed I’d be out in an hour if I came back and brought the car the next morning a little before 8 AM. I was shocked I did it and he was a man of his word. I was out within an hour and heading back to my Husband. We’ve been customers here more than 10 years and I would never go anywhere else. Questions & Answers

Can you buff out an alloy wheel before powder coating? I scraped the wheel about 3/4 around the edge. No issues with fit affecting the tire. But I wanted to have them powder coated and now have scrapes needing buffing out first.
Yeah, that shouldn’t be a problem. You can bring it by and we can take a look at it for you, but I’m sure we can do it.
Do they install shocks/struts?
Yes.
How much is wheel alignment
If im not mistaken i think its about $80 but then again it might depend on the car too as well so don't quote me on that but that was what Andrew told mean when I asked

i paid 50 for my jetta
