Customer's reviews
Amazing customer service. Last year I had a bio for tires and I was in a rush to get back to my husband who had had a massive heart attack and was hospitalized at UCSF San Francisco. I needed to get back quickly because he had gone into cardiac arrest twice already. The young man that assisted me at the front desk was beyond gracious and remembered my husband. He guaranteed I’d be out in an hour if I came back and brought the car the next morning a little before 8 AM. I was shocked I did it and he was a man of his word. I was out within an hour and heading back to my Husband. We’ve been customers here more than 10 years and I would never go anywhere else. Thank you West Coast tires so much for your compassion and your wonderful customer service.
