Amazing customer service. Last year I had a bio for tires and I was in a rush to get back to my husband who had had a massive heart attack and was hospitalized at UCSF San Francisco. I needed to get back quickly because he had gone into cardiac arrest twice already. The young man that assisted me at the front desk was beyond gracious and remembered my husband. He guaranteed I’d be out in an hour if I came back and brought the car the next morning a little before 8 AM. I was shocked I did it and he was a man of his word. I was out within an hour and heading back to my Husband. We’ve been customers here more than 10 years and I would never go anywhere else. I have been coming here for years and i am alwayz leaving with that wow cant belive it feeling knowing you got the right stuff thats going to leave people turky necking your ride. Always garunteed results quality asurence top notch very friendly make you feel right at home comfortable waiting room. Ofcourse theres a wait. But it is well worth it i love these guys always meking sure and helping you make the right decisions believe me i have experiance with this place and i tell you unmatched results highly recomended. I went in on January the 2nd of this year for the free oil change promotion they had on facebook. The business lobby is very clean and they have some couches and chairs for while waiting on your auto service . The service advisor was very professional about explaining everything and the cost . So I only had to pay the taxes which came out 7.00 dollars and some cents . Not bad for an oil change and a complete auto inspection. They also rotated my tires which is included in the oil change . A nail was found in one of my tires and they repaired it at no cost . Now that’s good customer service for me . I will definitely be coming back for my oil changes . Plus the price on the oil change is very decent. The service advisor wasn’t pushy on some of the recommendations that they suggested . Like replacing the filters and such . Which I always replace them myself. I should have taken some photos of the lobby .hope this review helps out ~ Miguel

I’ve purchased 2 sets of tires and some wheels from these guys and I intend to keep coming back for all future purchases. They are more than willing to work with customers on pricing and offer quality products. There are a lot of tire shops in town but these guys have consistently treated me as if I were their favorite customer so I will keep coming back. I highly recommend coming here for tires/wheels/alignment, etc. Currently running Method NV 305’s and 35” Toyo Open Country MT’s on my Tahoe. No issues and I beat the hell out of my car. Between daily driving, towing, and off-roading, I have no complaints with my wheels and tires. ~ Greg G

I went for the promotional 'free' oil change which turned out to be a $40.00 charge. I was good with that considering my ride takes 7 quarts of oil. They didn't try to up-sell me. However the tech found 'milk shake' on my oil filler cap of which I was advised of and the service stopped right there. They could have just went ahead did the oil change charge me hand me my keys and say have a nice day. They did not do that so to say the least this was professional and honest. I did track down the 'milk shake' problem thankfully turned out to be a bad O ring on the cap. Going back yes! ~ Macheen S

I am very thankful for all the times across the years when Shaw Ave near Willow Clovis West Coast Tires manager John has helped me with my tires. I brought my son's vehicle to him when he needed tires, too. Always great customer service. John found us tires that our family could afford, good tires that lasted even longer than they were guaranteed to last. I've even had my oil changed and brakes done at West Coast tires. Great customer service. This is the place to find you the right tire for the right price. Needed a stagger set up for a clients car the client wanted a particular brand of tire that no one else in Fresno could supply me with these guys actually reached out to their suppliers, and found them for me. My whole experience with west coast has been great! Super blessed Andrew helped me out tremendously due to a nail in my tire. I ended up returning for two other tires that I needed to replace but had to wait till after Christmas. I seriously can't thank Andrew enough. Our John Deere riding mower had a flat tire. I had bought an inner tube from Amazon. The lawnmower shop's small tire changer was out of order, so I took the tire, rim and inner tube to another tire shop, but they were unable to help me. It was suggested, for me to try West Coast Wheels & Tires. They got me all fixed up in no time at all. I was back mowing the same day and I was a 'Happy Camper.' ~ Nora H

I went in to only get one tire little did I know three other ones were bad Andrew gave me a really good deal for 4 tires alignment balancing and right lug nuts that need to be on the tires for free of charge he gave me a super deal I will definitely be coming back with the rest of my cars great place friendly service very professional good honest people thank you Andrew and the crew ~ Cecilia G

I know very little regarding automotive stuff. Wanted tires and wheels along with a small lift. The guys at west coast explained all my options and suggested just a leveling kit for front end. Not only did they save me money by just leveling truck, it came out much better than I thought it would. I really appreciate the expertise and professionalism. Got my rims here, Got a good deal on some 24s Nice workers friendly Thank you West Coast, update ive had my rims for onley 4 days an they got scratched really bad an it was so easy to happen, i went back an they say they cant or wint fix them sorry cant helo you at all i had just payed $2300 4 days be4, (Now ima find a different place to buy Rims) ~ Lea M

Westcoast has always had my back in All my tire needs. I have been a customer of Westcoast tires since 2006 and from multiple different daily drivers to my drift car requiring wheels, tires, alignments, and tire repairs on my wife vehicle. Came in on a Saturday first thing in the morning without an appointment and asked if they did wheel repairs, and if they could finish the same day. It’s not advertised anywhere on their site they do wheel repairs. Anyways they said they could do it and could do it within the hour for $89.95. Great job and overall great service. Thank you west coast! I know the gentleman was busy today, but found time to break the locking lugs on our work truck which was crucial for our tire replacement since we lost our key! Great shop and excellent service!!! I went there for an emergency flat repair as I needed to get to a medical appt with my elderly father. The staff was amazing! I went in looking for something to just replace my stock set of rims that I had. They went through so many options, explain to me things I didn't know.
